What is the typical shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered via express courier within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do your drones come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronics and drone models sold on NOTDrones include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened or flown, it must be in original condition with all accessories included; a small restocking fee may apply to used electronics.
Are the drones pre-calibrated and ready to fly out of the box?
Most of our 'RTF' (Ready-To-Fly) models are pre-calibrated. However, we highly recommend performing a compass calibration via the mobile app before your first flight to ensure GPS accuracy.

Do I need a license to fly the drones sold on your site?
Licensing requirements depend on your local aviation authority (such as the FAA in the US). Generally, drones over 250g require registration, while smaller 'mini' drones may be exempt from certain regulations.
