Return Process

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals and accessories, then pack it into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
